Victa Fan Mower Mark2

This Model used a base which would be asscociated with the Model 1&2 Rotomo's.
High arch in the middle to carry the engine and keep it the desired height from the ground.
It had the Villiers Mark2 midget, 2 stroke engine.
Tin wheels which had a flatter design than the earlier model, and rubber tyres.
Villiers throttle lever, air cleaner, and the Villiers or Clingcast pulley was used.
A fan was incorporated to help cool the engine block, hense the nick name "Fan Mower".
A metal arm with 2 blades attached to it for cutting.
